CBSE’s Aavishkar Quiz Series 2015

About


CBSE has launched Rashtriya Aavishkar Abhiyan (RAA) in order to engage and motivate student from 6-18 years, in Mathematics, Science and Technology through observation, experimentation, inference drawing, model building, etc by means of Inside and outside class activity.

Eligibility Criteria



Aavishkar quiz is open for all school students and it will be organized in 3 categories:

  • Primary : Class 1-5
  • Middle : Class 6-8
  • Secondary : Class 9-12


Reward



The CBSE’s Aavishkar Quiz will be conducted in 2 stages i.e. School level and Online Quiz conducted by the board. The prize will be given to the ten participants from each category.

  • Number of winners: Based on the performance of the participants in the online quiz, 10 winners will be selected for the award of the prize.
  • Cash prize: The winners will be awarded with cash prize of Rs. 2,500 each.



Application Mode and Process


For the First level there is no need of any application as the competition is at the School level.  For the Second level, the details of the application process are as follow:

  • The school need to upload the names of the winners in each category along with 2 photographs of the winners and a report in 200 words by 5:00pm on the next day.



Selection Process


  • The Best entries will be selected on the basis of Maximum score obtained and minimum time taken to complete the online quiz.
  • In order to claim the prize, Principal of the school shall sent a bonafide certificate of the winner within 3 working days of the declaration of the result.
