- IIAD has a career development center which assists students with internships and industry visits, live projects, in India and overseas. - Indian Institute of Art and Design Admissions 2016 will be done on the basis of iDAT 2016 which is conducted by IIAD Admission Committee.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have appeared/passed the CBSE/ISC/IB or any other equivalent board Class 12 examination in any discipline.

Selection process
The IIAD follows a TWO-STEP evaluation procedure for admission to its courses. Candidates will have to clear:
- The IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT) (Applicable to all if in case applying for Interior Architecture & Design and appeared in NATA then exempted)
- A comprehensive interview and portfolio assessment (Applicable to all).
The scholarship final result will depend also on performance in the IIAD Design Aptitude Test (iDAT), personal interview and portfolio review.
