National Sports Scholarships 2015-16

• National Sports Scholarships 2015-16 is presenting by National Institute of Sports Development in the occasion of Indian National Sports Day for all talented and proved achievers in sports in school - college - university levels, as these will help a lot of sports dreams all over India to achieve the heights they wish for.

• The notification for National Inst New Delhi NISD National Sports Scholarships 2015 has been announced.

Eligibility Criteria

• All eligible sports talents from the age of 8 years to the age of 21 years (physically disabled or special students like deaf, blind and Paralympics) are eligible to apply for National Sports Scholarship.

• Only any individual or team sports and games achievements and participations in any Govt. valid and approved, rural - urban - district - zonal - state - national level sports competitions, championships and meets

Selection Criteria

• The selection will be made by the detailed strict possible verification of all the submitted details of each and every application by the candidates

• The result of National Sports Scholarships - 2015-16 will be announced by after 15th January 2016

Rewards of National Sports Scholarship

• The selected applicants will be paid with a scholarship amount of minimum Rs.6000/- (Six Thousand) to maximum Rs.9000/- (Nine Thousand) for the development of sports along with their regular education and activities

• These scholarships will help a lot of parents so that they promote their talented sports children, as this money will help to meet a part of their sports expenses

• Applications forms can be downloaded online from our website www.nisd.co.in, if needed, Application forms, application numbers and details will be sending by post or by e-mail by whattsapp or SMS or call to us for any person

• For submitting, send applications only by speed post with acknowledgement from any of the post offices in all over India to "The Chief coordinator, National institute of Sports Development (NISD), E-2, East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059"

• For ‘National sports scholarship 2015 -16’ application form, including along with photocopies of sports certificates, copies of proofs of identity-preferably Adhar copy and income-preferably ration card copy, all attested and details of application fee - a copy of e-Money order of Rs.100/- for SC/ST/OBC/OEC/ Reservation category students, Rs.200/- for general students

Important Dates

• National Sports Scholarships 2015-16 will receive applications of sports talents from all over India from 30th Aug 2015 till 30th December 2015

• The final list of selected categories of students will be announced by after 15th January 2016
