• Tata Scholarship is awarded annually to 6 -10 students and it ensures that the very best Indian students have access to Cornell University, regardless of their financial circumstances.
• Selected students will receive the scholarship for the duration of their complete duration of undergraduates studies at Cornell, New York.
• A $25 million endowment has been established for the Tata Scholarship Fund for Students from India going to Cornell and Tata scholarship will allow Cornell to provide financial aid to undergraduate students from India. 
• This is a scholarship for students after Class 12 to study in USA.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender - Both

• Region - India

• Class/ Age - Students who have passed class 12 and have secured admission in Cornell University

Application Mode

• Undergraduate applicants will be eligible for consideration for the Tata Scholarship if they have completed the admission application  and have applied for financial aid.
• Students can apply to any of the colleges given below:
  • College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
  •  College of Architecture,Art, and Planning
  • College of Arts and Sciences
  • College of Engineering
  • School of Hotel Administration
  • College of Human Ecology
  • School of Industrial and Labor Relations
• The students have to complete the College Scholarship Service (CSS) Profile

Selection Process

Preference will be given to qualified students accepted to the following colleges and courses:

• College of Architecture, Art, and Planning
• The College of Engineering
• The Applied Economics and Management major in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
• Majors across colleges in the biological sciences, physical sciences, and other “hard” sciences, as well as the social sciences
