• ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad has announced the exam dates for Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT),which will be conducted in May 2016. The notification for ICFAI University IcfaiTech Admission Test ATIT 2016 has been announced. 

• ATIT is conducted for taking to admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Program for the session 2016

• Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT) is an All India Admission Test conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad for students seeking admission into the B.Tech Program. ATIT 2016 is an aptitude test conducted in the following modes Online and Offline Test mode

B.Tech Program

In the last 20 years, Scientific & Technological Advancements have fundamentally altered the living & Lifestyle.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students securing 60% aggregate in class X and class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects are eligible to apply

• Final year students of class XII or its equivalent awaiting examination Results may also apply

Selection Process

Admission is through an All India Admission Test (ATIT 2016); alternatively, scores of JEE (Main) 2016/State Level/Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests 2016 are also accepted

Merit Scholarships

Based on percentage in 10+2 exam/Ranks secured in JEE (Main) 2016 /State Level Engg Entrance Tests 2016; additionally, merit scholarships are also offered in each semester based on semester-wise performance

Award of Degree

• On successful completion of the course of studies, students will be awarded a B.Tech degree under the Faculty of Science & Technology from the University (IFHE, Hyderabad)

• The Faculty of Science & Technology, a constituent of the IFHE, a Deemed University u/s 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 at Hyderabad offers a unique four-year, full-time campus-based B.Tech program

Paper Pattern for ATIT 2016

Online Test:

• It is in Computer Based Test (CBT) format

• The test is of 2 hours duration and is conducted in 2-3 sessions per day at test centers all over India

Offline Test:

• It is in Paper Based Test (PBT) format

• The test is of 2 hours duration

• The answers have to be marked in the specially designed OMR answer sheet which will be provided at the time of the admission test

• Both online & offline tests constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in multiple-choice format

• There will be 30 questions in each of the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English

How to Apply

Students interested in appearing for ATIT 2016 can apply by any one of the following methods:

• OMR Application Form: Applicants are required to fill up the OMR Application Form enclosed and send it to the Admissions Officer, ATIT at Hyderabad

• Online Application: Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at  www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit  and make payment of Rs.700/- towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Master Card/Internet Banking) through secure internet payment gateway; applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph while filling the Online Application

• Download of Application Form: Alternatively, applicants can file their details online, download the Application Form from  www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit , and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs.700/- towards the cost

• The DD should be drawn in favor of "IFHE - A/c ATIT (2016) Prospectus Fee" payable at Hyderabad

• The completed OMR Application Form in case of physical application & downloaded filled-in application with DD should be sent to the Admissions Office, through speed post or courier to "Admissions Officer (B.Tech Program), ATIT Office, III Floor, Plot # 65, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad-500082" (Telangana State)

• Last Date for Receipt of Completed OMR/Online Application Form is 20th April 2016

• Scheduling the ATIT 2016 by the Candidates: 09th March 2016 to 30th April 2016

ATIT Test Dates

• For Offline: 01st May 2016 (10.00 am to 12.00 noon)

• For Online: 04th May to 18th May 2016

• Declaration of Results: 30th May 2016

• Date of Dispatch of Selection Letters: 31st May 2016 onwards

• Date of Reporting & Registration: 01st August 2016

• Date of Preparatory Classes: 02nd August 2016

• Commencement of Classes: 16th August 2016
