Yenepoya University UG Entrance Test 2016 | YUUGET 2016 for MBBS BDS


About


Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Yenepoya University UG Entrance Test (YUUGET) 2016.  Yenepoya Universityshall be conducting the All India Under-Graduate Entrance Test (YUUGET-2016) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in its constituent Colleges, namely Yenepoya Medical College and Yenepoya Dental College on 12th June 2016 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm at Five (05) Centres viz, Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad and Delhi



Intake & Duration


  • MBBS - 150 Seats
  • Duration: 4½ Years plus One-year Internship (Recognised by the MCI)
  • BDS100 Seats
  • Duration4 years plus One-year Internship (Recognised by the DCI)



Eligibility Criteria


Candidates must have passed in second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by State/Central Government, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English subject


Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in PCB


The candidates who are appearing for the prescribed qualifying exam and expecting the results are also eligible to apply


The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission




Selection Process


Selection of candidates will be on the based on merit in the Entrance Test, eligible candidates (above 50% marks) will be admitted to MBBS & BDS course

  • Hyderabad (Nrupatunga High School, 3/4/373 & 374, Kacheguda, Near Basant Colony, Hyderabad)




Test Fee


The candidate is required to pay the Entrance Test fee of Rs.1000/- by a Demand Draft (Non-refundable) in favour of "Yenepoya University" payable at Mangaluru

Application forms may be obtained from the office of the Registrar and can also be downloaded from website www.yenepoya.edu.inApplications are also available at the Administrative Office of Yenepoya University


Duly filled in applications (with both the copies of TAT) along with a DD for a sum of Rs.1000/- in favour of Yenepoya University payable at Mangaluru, towards Entrance Test Fee (non refundable), may be sent to Registrar, Yenepoya University, University Road, Deralakatte, Mangaluru-575018
