Applications are invited from eligible candidates for CMR University B.Tech Admission Test (CMRUAT) 2016. CMRUAT is conducted for taking admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Program of the School of Engineering & Technology, CMR University for the session 2016

CMR University (CMRU), Bangalore, has announced the exam dates for the CMR University Admissions Test (CMRUAT-2016).

The exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 23, April 24, May 22 and June 19 for granting admission to the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Program of the School of Engineering and Technology, CMR University for the commencing academic session 2016

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed 10+2/PUC or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to OBC/SC/ST/PH) in the above subjects or should have appeared in the above exam

Selection Procedure:

A written test will be conducted for selecting the candidates

How to Apply

Candidates applying for admission to the 4 years Bachelor of Technology Program of the School of Engineering & Technology, CMR University (CMRU) are required to apply online through the CMRU website www.cmr.edu.in

Candidates will be required first to register online for writing CMRUAT 2016

A valid e-mail and mobile number is mandatory for the registration. CMRU will send important information with regard to your application and test on this registered e-mail and mobile number. This e-mail and mobile number should be kept active till the end of admission process

After receiving Login ID & Password, candidates will not be able to edit the information provided at the time of registration. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the registration form with utmost care

Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs.750/- for writing the test. The payment can be made online (Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking) or offline

Those candidates who are applying for offline payment will have to send a DD for Rs.750/- drawn in favour of CMR University payable at Bangalore along with the application form downloaded after registration
