Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow invites applications from eligible unmarried Indian nationals (irrespective of gender) for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing) (4-year degree course) beginning in academic year 2016-17.

• Unreserved (UR): 21 Seats
• Scheduled Caste (SC): 09 Seats
• Other Backward Classes (OBC): 10 Seats

    Total Seats: 40

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for reserved category candidates.

Age Limit: The candidates should be between 17 and 24 years of age on 31st December 2016

Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form

Candidates will have to fill up the application form "ONLINE" beginning one clear working day after depositing the fee through State Bank Collect.

Last day of depositing the fees is 09th July 2016 by 13.00 hrs IST and filling up the form is 11th July 2016. After online submission, the completed application form must be downloaded, printed, signed and sent, along with documents in support of age, qualifications, domicile and caste, to "The Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Raebareli Road, Lucknow 226014"

The form should be sent only through registered post/ Speed Post or courier. Forms will not be received by hand. Last date of receipt of completed application forms is 12th July 2016, 17.00 hrs IST. Forms received after this date will not be entertained.

Application Fee and Mode of Payment

Through Net banking, Debit / Credit card or through Computer Generated Challan Form in any branch of State Bank of India. Application fee for all categories is Rs.1000/- + bank transaction charges as applicable.
