After Srishti School of Arts Design and Technology Application Form filling and submission by the students, Srishti Entrance Test 2017 will be conducted
SEAT 2017
Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology conducts SEAT exam in order to shortlist candidates for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes on offer by the college.
Each of the rounds in SEAT 2017 exam is expected to have different question papers. However, each of the SEAT question papers will have the same number of questions, same marking scheme (total marks) as well as identical difficulty level
SEAT score is valid for admission only for one academic year. Thus, SEAT 2017 score will be valid only for the 2017-2018 academic session.

- Undergraduate Professional Diploma Programme in Art & Design
Eligibility Details
A) 3-years Technical Diploma Programme in (offered in other cities*):
- Srishti is proud to announce Technical Diploma Program (TDP) in Digital Filmmaking, Furniture Design, Graphic Design and Interior Design
- Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should have successfully completed 12th grade
- Admission Process: A candidate must successfully complete the Technical Diploma admissions process that comprises of an entrance test, a portfolio review & interview
- A portfolio should include 10-15 original creative works and/or evidence of work experience in a related field; the portfolio may include works in any medium of preference of the candidate applying to the program
B) 4-years Professional Diploma Program in Art and Design (offered in Bangalore):
- The 4-year Undergraduate Professional Diploma Programme is committed to training students in the various fields of art and design with a focus on cross-disciplinary education
- The programme exposes students to an exploratory and creative learning process with a focus on experiential learning
Students are provided with context-based learning in real world and complex scenarios that will hone both their technical and conceptual skills in the following areas:
- Communication (Visual Communication, Interface and Interaction); Media & Entertainment (Animation & Visual Effects, Digital Video Production); Industrial (Products, Services & Systems, Furniture & Spatial Design, Textile, Apparel and Accessories); Arts (Media Practice, Art & Science)
- Eligibility: Applicants should have successfully completed 12th grade
- Admission Process: A candidate must successfully complete the Professional Diploma admission process that comprises of an entrance test, a portfolio review & interview
- A portfolio should include 10-15 original creative works and/or evidence of work experience in a related field; the portfolio may include works in any medium of preference of the candidate applying to the program
- Students who wish to transfer to Srishti from another college or university will be considered in light of their personal circumstances and the availability of space in the program

Exam Centers
SEAT 2017 is scheduled to be conducted in a total of 10 cities across India. SEAT 2017 exam centres are Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Trivandrum
Apart from this, the centres for portfolio review and interview round for Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology admissions 2017 are not out yet.
Application Process
All candidates who wish to apply for the MBA must follow two-steps processes:
Selection phase, aimed at identifying and evaluating eligible candidates;
Administrative admission process, aimed at completing the administrative procedure

Step 1: Fill SEAT 2017 Application Form
Candidates need to download SEAT 2017 application form from the official website of Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Once aspirants fill the application form for SEAT exam, they need to send it at the below mentioned address:

Step 2: Download SEAT Admit Card
After candidates have successfully posted/sent their SEAT application form for Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology admissions 2017, the authorities at the college verify the documents and eligibility of each candidate.
Once this process is complete SEAT 2017 admit card/hall ticket is send to the aspirant’s registered email ID
Candidates need to carry this admit card for SEAT exam along with their ID card to their exam centre on the day of SEAT test
Syllabus Entrance Test 2017-18
The UG entrance and aptitude test (SEAT) will look into below mentioned abilities. Any given paper may test an ability in isolation or combine two or more abilities listed below:
Visualization and spatial ability
This unit will look at the candidate’s ability to conceptualize and visualize an idea within the given parameters, as well as drawing and medium related skills.
Observation and design sensitivity
This unit will look at the candidate’s ability to think critically about a given scenario. Applying attention to certain details, analyzing, reasoning, classifying, inferring and predicting.
Environmental and social awareness
This unit will look at the candidate’s general awareness of environmental and social factors such as climate, population, wellbeing, water, vegetation, pollution, weather, natural resources etc., and their implications on the design of products, images, infrastructure and environment.
Analytical and logical reasoning
This unit will look at the candidate’s ability to look at information, be it qualitative or quantitative in nature, and discern patterns within the information; their ability to weigh opinions, arguments or solutions against appropriate criteria; their ability to check for hidden bias or hidden assumptions and whether evidence and argument support conclusions.
Language and creativity
This unit will look at the candidate’s ability to understand and use Standard English, Reading comprehension, knowledge of English grammar such as sentence structure and usage, the use of tenses, verb patterns, articles, and active and passive constructions etc.
