Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Noida will be inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission into Undergraduate Courses through Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) 2017.
The entrance exam will be organized for admission to B.A., B.Tech., BMS and B.Sc. Programmes in the schools of Humanities and Social Sciences (SoHSS), Engineering (SoE), Management & Entrepreneurship (SoME) and Natural Sciences (SoNS) at Shiv Nadar University (SNU) Noida for the academic session 2017.

- School of Engineering (SoE) - B.Tech Programmes in Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Computer Science & Engineering; Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Electronics & Communication Engineering; Mechanical Engineering (Total Seats: 300)
- School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SoHSS) - BA (Research) in English (15 Seats); History (10 Seats); Sociology (10 Seats); B.Sc. (Economics) (25 Seats)
- School of Natural Sciences (SoNS) - B.Sc. (Research) in Biotechnology (25 Seats); Chemistry (10 Seats); Mathematics (20 Seats); Physics (25 Seats)
- School of Management & Entrepreneurship (SoME) offered: (a) Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) (60 Seats)
Eligibility Criteria
- For Bachelor of Arts (Research) Programs: 65% aggregate in all subjects with minimum 50% marks in every subject. English mandatory
- For Bachelor of Science (Research) Programs: 75% aggregate in all subjects with minimum 50% marks in every subject.
- For Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Programs: PCM ≥ 80% with minimum 50% marks in every subject or JEE (Main) 2017 Score ≥ 120
- For Bachelor of Management Studies Program: 65% aggregate in all subjects with minimum 50% marks in every subject.

Selection Process
Shiv Nadar University’s selection process has three parts:
Part 1: Eligibility based on Class XII scores as defined in the section - Eligibility for Admissions and Scholarships - Undergraduate Programs
Part 2: Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and Academic Proficiency Test (APT) – A combined three hour test to be administered in more than 100 Pearson VUE test centers across India helping every aspirant to participate in the process. SNUSAT and APT will be available as per the details mentioned under section - Key Dates
Part 3: Review of Application Form for the candidate’s aspiration in life and the ability to be a stakeholder at Shiv Nadar University
- Election to Shiv Nadar University Undergraduate program will be based on a composite score of your Class XII examinations, Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and relevant Academic Proficiency Test (APT)
- Submission of application in earliest possible round will improve the possibility to get the program/stream of your choice
- If any of your Program preferences are mapped to a different APT, you are required to take the additional 1 hour APT(s). However, there is no need to repeat SNUSAT

Exam Pattern
SNUSAT and APT – A combined three hour test administered in more than 200 Pearson VUE test centers across India helping every aspirant to participate in the process. The list of cities where you can appear for SNUSAT and APT are given below.

How to Apply
- You can register for Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and Academic Proficiency Test (APT) by filling all sections except Education and Additional Information and appear for the test even before your XII board results are out.
- Once you register for the test, the information given in these sections will be frozen and you will not be able to make any further changes; therefore, please ensure the information provided is accurate and complete in all respects
- Application Fees - The application fee is Rs.1000/-
