• 1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest is one of the largest online Climate Mobilization with the Model United Nations Volunteers Network (MUN-VoN) Nigeria, in collaboration with the international organization Care About Climate, Inc

• Candidates have a chance to Win $300 and get their voice represented at the 2015 International Conference of Youth on Climate change in the #1000Voices4Climate International Photo Contest.

GOAL  

To Gather the voices and images of 1000 youths or more from across the World and then summarize their hopes and aspirations into A Video Documentary that will be presented at Conference of Youth on Climate change and through Care About Climate’s media in the build up to the COP 21.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Gender - Both

• Region - Global 

• Class/ Age - Open to All

Application Mode

Step 1:  Candidates have to simply take a photo of themselves with a Placard bearing a message saying what YOU think world leaders should do to prevent climate change.

Candidates have to include the Climate Symbol (Print, Digital, or Drawn) if they wish to though its not mandatory.1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest 2015

Step 2: Candidates have to upload their picture to the #1000 Voices 4 Climate Photo Contest page and own social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).

Candidates while uploading have to use the hashtags #1000 Voices 4 Climate. 

Care About Climate and Road To Paris COP21 and hashtag "Your country” (for example, Nigeria).Make sure to hashtag 1000 Voices 4 Climate or Care About Climate to be submitted for the contest.

Step 3: Candidates have to encourage their friends to Vote for their picture as the best message on the Care About Climate Facebook Photo Contest Page.

Selection Process

• The Results will be announced on November 21, 2015

Reward

• $300 prize for the Best Photo Message with the highest number of votes as voted from across the Globe.
