• Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (University) has released notification for admission into BBA, B.Com, BCA, 5 year Integrated M.Sc Mathematics and Physics, 5 year Integrated M.Sc Chemistry and 5-year Integrated M.A English programs offered at Amritapuri Campus starting from the Academic Year 2016

• Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with specialization in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT in the final year

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Taxation and Finance as options

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

• 5 Year Integrated M.Sc Mathematics /Physics

• 5 Year Integrated M.Sc Chemistry

• 5 Year Integrated M.A. English

• B.B.A., B.Com (3 years): 60 each

• Integrated M.Sc Mathematics/Physics; Chemistry & Integrated MA English (5 years): 30 each

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): A pass in 12th standard or equivalent from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent, scoring an aggregate minimum of 50% marks

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com): A pass in 12th standard or equivalent from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent, scoring an aggregate minimum of 50% marks

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA): A pass in 12th standard or equivalent from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent, scoring an aggregate minimum of 50% marks

• Integrated M.Sc Mathematics/Physics: A pass in 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics scoring an aggregate minimum of 50% marks from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent

• Candidate has the option to exit from the program after 3 years with B.Sc Physics

• Integrated M.Sc Chemistry: A pass in 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics scoring an aggregate minimum of 50% marks from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent; after the successful completion of first 3 years of the program, candidate may opt to exit with B.Sc Chemistry

• Integrated M.A. English: A pass in 12th standard or equivalent from any State Board or CBSE/ISC or equivalent scoring a minimum of 50% marks and an aggregate minimum of 60% in English

Selection Process

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of entrance test

Scheme of Exam

• Exam Duration: 02 Hrs (10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon for all programs except BCA), for BCA, 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM

• BBA/B.Com: 100 questions [General English-30; Quantitative Aptitude-30; Business Aptitude-30; Indian culture & Heritage-30]

• 5 year Integrated M.Sc Mathematics/Physics: 120 questions [Mathematics-40; Physics-35; Chemistry-25; Indian Culture & Heritage-20]

• There is negative mark for each wrong answer

Application Fee can be paid Online via Net banking / Debit Card or Credit Card. If you wish to pay the fee by way of Demand Draft, download the Application as PDF after the second step

Hall Ticket

• Downloading the Hall Tickets (for B.B.A., B.Com & 5 year Integrated M.Sc Mathematics/Physics)

• Login to the Amrita Online Admissions Portal after 15th April 2015. Go to “Notifications” panel and download the hall ticket
