PES University Scholastic Aptitude Test PESSAT 2016

About

The PES University for admission to engineering and other courses is conducting PESSAT 2016. The PESSAT 2016 Engineering Entrance Exam will be held in various test centres across cities in India

For admissions to Engineering Programs, PESSAT will be conducted on varying dates in the month of May 2016 at various locations across the Country. 

For admissions into rest of the courses, PESSAT will be conducted only at PES University campus in Bangalore starting from January 2016 upto July 2016 on every Wednesday and Saturday

Course Offered

Courses offered through PESSAT are B.Tech, B.Des (Bachelor of Design), BBA, BBA-HEM, B.Arch, M.Tech, MBA, MCA and PhD

Eligibility Criteria

1. Under Graduate

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech/BE): Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Duration: 4 years; Eligibility: Grade 10+2

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Duration: 5 years; Eligibility: Grade 10+2; *Approval Pending

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Duration: 3 years; Eligibility: Grade 10+2

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Event Management (BBA-HEM)

• Duration: 3 years; Eligibility: Grade 10+2

Fee Structure 2016-17

Course fee structure for various courses are also given bby the university - 

• For B.Tech /BE - Fee for INR Rs 2,80,000/- per annum

• For B.Des - Fee for INR Rs 2,80,000/- per annum

• For BBA - Fee for INR Rs 1,40,000/- per annum

• For BBA-HEM - Fee for INR Rs 1,40,000/- per annum

• For B.Arch - Fee for INR Rs 2,80,000/- per annum

PESSAT Registration Fee - INR 975/-

Online registration process for PESSAT 2016 is now available; candidates can apply online for the PESSAT 2016 at wesbite www.pessat.pes.edu

Candidates can apply online from the mentioned above link (www.pessat.pes.edu)

In case a candidate fills two or more on-line application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing

You can pay the application fee in any one of the four ways

• Credit/Debit card: Can be paid directly

• Net banking: Can be paid directly

• By Challan: Candidate has to print both application form and challan, carry both to bank for payment. Submit hard copy of application along with copy of stamped challan

• By Demand Draft: Has to be paid in Favor of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore. Candidate has to procure DD from the bank, enter DD details in the space provided online and to be sent along with printed application form to the following address "Manager - Admissions Office of Admissions, PES University, 100 Ft. PESSAT Test Pattern

• Section 1: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry - 11th class and 12th class CBSE questions

• Section 2: 20 Questions from English grammar

• Test Duration: 180 Minutes

• Physics (60 Questions), Maths (60 Questions), Chemistry (40 Questions), English (20 Questions)
