Applications are invited by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University, Coimbatore for admission to 3 years Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology, Microbiology for the academic session 2017-18.

The University has five campuses at Amritapuri (Kollam), Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Kochi and Mysore and around 15000 students studying in various disciplines

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. Microbiology: Candidates must pass in a pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent is mandatory with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together

• B.Sc. Biotechnology: Candidates must pass in a pass in higher secondary examination or its equivalent is mandatory with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together

Note: Those who are appearing for the qualifying board examinations in March/April 2017 can also apply and notify us of the results when declared.

Selection Procedure

• For B.Sc. Programs: Qualifying higher secondary or equivalent board examination; counseling at Amrita School of Biotechnology

Fill in all the details and review it before submitting. If you are awaiting the results of the final exam/in the process of writing the qualifying exam, you could fill in these details later and proceed with applying once you results (of 12th) is published.

Candidates can opt for any of the following options for the payment mode

• Pay Offline by Demand Draft

• If you are paying by online, there is no need to send printed application
