BITS Pilani announces B Pharm Admission 2017

Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani invites applications for admission to B.Pharmacy Programme at Pilani and Hyderabad Campuses from bright students of 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects for the academic year 2017-18. 

About the Programme 

• The Department of Pharmacy of BITS Pilani, established in 1950, is the one of early schools of Pharmacy in India 

• B. Pharm. Programme is offered at Pilani and Hyderabad Campuses of BITS Pilani 

• Alumni of Pharmacy Department, BITS Pilani are well placed in India as well as abroad in various pharmaceutical companies, government organizations like drug control, research laboratories, etc., and in several well known academic institutions. 

• The programme is an amalgamation of foundation skills, pharmacy essentials, research, and management and is highly flexible with an opportunity for electives, projects, vertical transfer to M. Pharmacy, etc. It allows students to specialize in research, clinical pharmacy and entrepreneurship 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Academic Qualification: 12th class examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th However candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy programme 

• The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics subjects in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics subjects and adequate proficiency in English 

Admission Procedure 

Admissions will be made only on his/her merit position based on the score obtained in BITSAT-2017

How to Apply

Interested candidates should register for BITSAT-2017 by applying in the prescribed application form at www.bitsadmission.com 

The prescribed fees for BITSAT-2017 is Rs.2750/- (2250/- for female candidates)
