Eligibility Criteria


  • Basic eligibility is a pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / IGCSE / IB) Candidate should have completed 12 years of schooling in 10+2 pattern in any recognized Board in India or abroad. 


Some of the courses demand specifications, which are as under:

B.C.A.


  • A pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / IGCSE / IB) from any recognized Board in India or abroad.
  • Candidates, who are from non-Science streams, should have studied any of the following subjects at the +2 level: Mathematics, Computer Science or Electronics.


B.Voc.


  • A pass in the 10+2 or equivalent, in any stream or Diploma in any Engineering branch obtained from the Board of Technical Education, Karnataka State or equivalent examination.


B.Sc.


  • A candidate, who has passed two year PUC examination of Karnataka State consisting of at least two Science subjects as optional or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for admission to B.Sc. degree course. However, for PCM, CBZ and PEM, candidates should have studied all three subjects in the +2 level.
  • A candidate for the B.Sc. degree shall opt at least two of the optional subjects which he/she had studied at the +2 level.
  • A candidate opting Physics as an optional subject in the B.Sc degree course should have studied Mathematics as an optional subject in addition to Physics as another optional subject at the +2 level.
  • A candidate opting Statistics as an optional subject in the degree course should have studied Science with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at the +2 level.
  • A candidate opting Botany, Applied Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Zoology as optional subjects at the B.Sc. degree course should have studied Biology as an optional subject at the +2 level.



How to Apply



Documents to be kept ready before you start the online application form: 


  • Softcopy (scanned copy) of recently taken passport size colour photograph with file size 10 kb - 300 kb (Dimensions - 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in jpg/jpeg format. The photo should not be blurred or defaced. Selfies are not acceptable. 
  • Copy of Marks card(s) of the final examination of 11th standard/I PUC or the 12th standard /II PUC, if available. 
  • If your mode of payment of the application fee is not through Debit card / Credit card, then you are required to do a NEFT transfer to the account details given below. The application fee for any undergraduate course is Rs. 400.

Selection Process


  • If the results of II PU/12th Std. are not announced, applications can be submitted with the marks of 11th standard or 1st Pre-University course. 
  • Those who apply for B.Com. course, should update their marks as and when their final results are declared on the websites of their respective boards. Their selection for the interview is based on the marks obtained in 12th/II PUC marks of final exam.
  • There will be an entrance test only for BAVC, B.Voc, EJP and BCA among UG courses.
  • After the final interview, the selected applicants have to pay their course fees within 24 hours

B.A. EJP – English, Journalism and Psychology

  • Questions will be based on Current affairs, General Knowledge, English language skills, aptitude for Psychology.
