• GD Goenka DAT 2016, the design entrance exam  gives admission to eligible candidates in various undergraduate design courses.

• GD Goenka School of Fashion and Design conducts DAT (Design Aptitude Test) which is followed by an interview is to ascertain the competency of applicants for undertaking the study programmes at SOFD

Once downloaded, the candidates are required to fill in the Application Form as per their best knowledge.

Documents to be submitted along with the Application Form:

• Mark-sheet of Class X

• Mark-sheet of Class Xll

• Mark-sheet of Graduation/ Post-Graduation/ Diploma ( if applicable)

• Score-card of the pre-qualifying exam

Submission of the Application Form

• The duly filled application form has to be sent by courier or can be submitted by hand at the given address along with a Demand Draft of Rs.1000 and the required documents enlisted above.

Selection process

• Written Exam: On the basis of result of Written Admission Test, candidates will be shortlisted according to their scores in the exam.

• Personal Interview/ Studio test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview/ Studio test.

• Final Selection:  On the basis of personal interview, final list of candidates will be prepared.

• GD Goenka SOFD will also accept NEED scores in lieu of DAT Score for admission to for BSc/BDes and Dual Degree BSc+MSc, followed by personal interview for admission applications.

• General Knowledge - 20 Marks

• Creative Ability - 30 Marks

• Creative Skills - 30 Marks

• DAT Exam Date 2016 - February 7, 2016
