About
Haryana Photography Competition 2016 is being organized by the Samvad office of Haryana Government. This competition shall be on the photographs clicked on the following
subjects:-
• Culture, Tourism and Heritage in Haryana
• Industrial Growth in Haryana
• Women empowerment in Haryana
• Life style in rural & urban areas of Haryana
• Emotional depictions – Happiness, success, etc.
• Infrastructure, roads, bridges and buildings in Haryana
• Traditional & modern glimpses of Haryana
• Festivals of Haryana
• Youth and Sports in Haryana.
Top 3 Winners of the Haryana Photography Contest 2016 will be awarded the Prize money of Rs. 10,000 for their outstanding photography.

Participants all over the India can participate in the Haryana Photography Competition 2016.
Non-Eligibility
Every citizen can participate in the competition except officers /
officials of Samvad and Information, Public Relations & Cultural
Affairs Department, Haryana.

How to Apply
Applicantions for Haryana Photography Competition is to be submitted offline and online both.
Application Link:
STEP 1: Participants have to download and fill the application form with correct relevant details.
STEP 2: Participants have to write a CD containing the High- resolution Photographs signed by the participant of size 12"x15"
STEP 3: CD Along with the application form is to be packed in an envelope which is to be sent to the Samvad Bhawan.
Applications of Haryana Photography Competition are to be submitted in both ways i.e. online and Offline. Application form along with a CD Containing High-Resolution Photos in JPG form are to be sent via Registered post to the given address:
Samvad Office SCO No.23,
Sector 7-C, Madhya Marg,
Chandigarh.
Photographs must also be sent to Email: hrphotocompetition2016@gmail.com in JPG format.
- There shall be no limit of the photographs to be sent on each subject.
- Once submitted, these photographs shall be the property of the State Government which may decide to be used them the way it deems fit. The sender shall have no right on these photographs.
- The photographs entered in the contest should be in high resolution and technically sound with caption mentioned below.
- Age and nationality are no bar for participation but the photographs should be related to Haryana.
- The photographs must be clicked by the applicant himself and these must not have been be published and displayed earlier.
All entries on the prescribed form along with photographs should
reach Samvad Office SCO No.23, Sector 7-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh by
3.00 p.m on 31.7.16. Entries received after the stated time and day shall
not be entertained.
